Hair :-

It is the beautiful gift given by nature to all human being. Every one of us like to have a beautiful and good looking hair. It gives good appearance to both men and women.


What is hair? How it Grows?


 It is an integumentary structures. it has a root and a shaft.
 the shaft projects above the skin, the root remains below the surface.
 hair bulb is found on the base of the root. It is an expanded region. The shaft,
 the root of the hair are formed of dead keratinized epithelial cells.
They have been arranged in three concentric layers called
 The medulla,
 The cortex&
 The cuticle.
 The central axis of it (the hair) is formed of the medulla.
 Majority of the hair is formed of a single layer of cells.
 The hair colour may vary due to the amount and types of melanin . The hair colour is genetically determined.
The amount of melanin decreases during the old age and  causes white hair. 

The growth of the hair is due to addition of cells at the base of the hair root.
The growth stops at a specific stages.

How to take care of the hair?

 In olden days there was no special shampoo or  powder or any other extra treatment for the hair. In village sides they use to wash the hair with the help of the clay and they used  shikakai ( its botanical name is Acacia Concinna) mainly they had healthy foods that contains all nutrients. one of the main reason for the hair fall is we not having sufficient proteins in our food let us discuss what are the foods that gives nutrients and proteins to get a beautiful and long hair

The food you eat is more important for your healthy hair growth.Hair mostly needs protein for the healthy
growth.Vitamins,Minerals,Iron and other Fatty acids plays an important role in the hair growth. It is possible for us to make regrowth of the fallen hair? or in bald head? Yes it is possible if we concentrate on the food we eat, if we eat the food that contains protein vitamins A B C & E, Iron Zinc minerals and fatty acids helps us to get a beautiful, strong and long hair.If omega 3 fatty acids is less or not found in our body the hair will become dry and dull.

Vitamin A and C produce an oily substance(sebum) secreted by hair follicles in our body.

TIPS FOR FAST GROWTH OF HAIR IN BALLED HEAD

  1. Apply coconut oil daily for hair by massaging the head 
  2. Wash air with the help of pure water so that hair fall will be reduced 
  3. Apply shikakai ( its botanical name is Acacia Concinna) for washing the hair
  4. Don't use chemical products for hair wash use some natural shampoo products
  5. Mash the banana and apply it in hair and leave it for some times after that wash the hair you will get   
      a shining hair
  6.Take one hand of Neam leaves and put it in the beaker of water and boil it. Keep it in a safe place
      next  day apply it in the hair and bath continue this for a weak so that week hair will be stronger
      and it reduce the hair fall
  7. Take some Hibiscus flower and Crush the flower so that you will get a juice from it add it with the
       pure coconut oil and apply it regularly so that it will gives strong to root hair, reduces hair fall, and
       reduce the heat  of the body.
  8.Dry the hibiscus flower and make it powder and add the powder in the pure coconut oil leave it for 
      a weak and apply it. It will helps for the fast growth of the hair and gives strong to the hair root.
  9.Apply the juice of the hibiscus flower plant leaves and was the hair it will gives strength to the hair root 
10. Mix carrot juice and lemon juice with coconut oil and boil it. Use that mixture daily it will helps for
     the fast growth of hair
